Terms & Conditions

Super Economy 24 Domestic Tariff

1. This tariff will benefit customers who use gas for central heating, water heating or fires.
2. Payments must be made by monthly direct debit or other acceptable budget method.
3. The standing charge for this tariff is 30.04p per day (exc GST).
4. We will endeavour to visit your property and read the meter quarterly.
   

   If your bill has been produced from an estimated reading, this will be clearly marked just below the consumption details.

   If you are not at home when our meter reader calls, we leave a postage paid card on which you can record the meter reading and return it to us. Alternatively you can submit your meter reading by telephoning our meter department on 755592 during office hours or online with this form.

   It is imperative that we receive a reading each six months to ensure the efficient running of your account.

5. Your bankers order will be appraised annually.
6. If your account is in credit you can request a refund on the balance of your quarterly Statement.

Please note, refunds will only be processed against actual meter readings.
