The 5 year warranty covers against manufacturing defects and provides for the replacement of defective parts with new parts and any related labour costs, providing that such works are carried out by a Vaillant Engineer or Vaillant appointed agent (such as Jersey Gas). For the 5 Year warranty to be valid an annual service must be carried out in years 2 to 5 by Vaillant Engineers or a Vaillant appointed agent. The cost of this annual service is not included in the warranty.
